Who we are

B2B Warm Lead ("we") operates b2bwarmlead.com from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and runs outbound lead generation campaigns for business clients.

Data we collect on this website

Contact form: the name, company, email address, website, volume range and message you submit, plus the IP address and browser identifier of the request. We use this only to reply to you.

Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) kept for security and troubleshooting and rotated automatically.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Data we process for clients

When we run campaigns for a client we process business contact data (name, job title, company, business email, LinkedIn URL and the public buying signal that made the company relevant). We process this on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, record the source and date for every contact, include a working opt-out in every message and honour suppression requests immediately.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed. Campaign contact data is kept for the duration of the client engagement plus 12 months, unless a contact asks to be removed sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing saddam@b2bwarmlead.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
