The model that fits your growth stage

Every model runs the same engine. The difference is how you pay and where the risk sits.

Best for an established offer

Retainer

  • Fixed monthly fee
  • Full engine included
  • Unqualified meetings replaced
  • 30 days notice to stop
Best for a new offer or market

Hybrid

A lower retainer plus a fee per qualified meeting. Shares the risk while a new segment or region finds its rhythm.

  • Same qualification standard
  • Switch models any month

Pricing questions

Common questions about plans and billing

01Are there setup fees?

No. Setup, domains, inboxes and warm-up are included in the first month of any retainer plan. Infrastructure-only clients pay a one-time setup per domain.

02What counts as a qualified meeting?

A meeting with a contact who is Willing, has Authority, is Relevant to your profile and is Meeting-ready, and who attends. Anything less does not count.

03What happens if a meeting is not qualified?

Pay-per-meeting clients are not charged. Retainer clients get it replaced.

04Can we switch models?

Yes, at any month boundary. Many clients start on pay-per-meeting and move to a retainer once volume is predictable.

05Do we need to buy any tools?

No. Sending, data, verification, inboxes and reporting are included.

06How do you bill?

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Pay-per-meeting fees are billed monthly in arrears with the list of meetings and their qualification notes.

07Is there a minimum term?

No. Retainers need 30 days notice to stop; pay-per-meeting stops whenever you say.

08Do you offer refunds?

Retainer fees cover work already delivered and infrastructure already provisioned, so they are not refunded. Unqualified meetings are always replaced or not charged.
